PSychedelic INTEGRATION

Psychedelic experiences can involve non-ordinary states of consciousness, meaning temporary shifts from everyday awareness in which perception, memory, and embodied experience are processed differently than usual. People explore these states for many reasons, including healing from past trauma, spiritual exploration, deeper self-understanding, or curiosity about their own mind. These states are associated with increased neuroplasticity, which can make emotional and somatic patterns more accessible to reflection and change.

I do not provide or hold space for clients while they are on psychedelics, and I do not facilitate psychedelic-assisted sessions. My work focuses exclusively on preparation, harm reduction, and integration for psychedelic experiences that occur outside of my practice, including ceremonial, medical, retreat, or personal contexts. Integration therapy emphasizes safety, informed choice, and the mind–body connection, while supporting the careful grounding of insight into everyday life in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable.
