HAKOMI SOMATIC THERAPY
I am a certified Hakomi Somatic Therapist, trained in a gentle, mindfulness-based approach that supports deep self-discovery through the wisdom of the body. Hakomi invites you to slow down and listen inwardly, helping you reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been forgotten, protected, or pushed aside. Rather than forcing change, this work creates the conditions for insight and transformation to arise organically.
Hakomi is subtle and spacious by nature. It supports an attuned relationship with your inner experience, allowing patterns, beliefs, and emotional truths to reveal themselves in their own time. By cultivating mindful awareness of sensations, emotions, and impulses, the work gently loosens habitual ways of being and strengthens your capacity to trust your intuition. Many people experience Hakomi as both grounding and expansive, offering a felt sense of alignment rather than a cognitive understanding alone.
Rooted in the core principles of mindfulness, nonviolence, organicity, unity, and mind–body holism, Hakomi honors the intelligence already present within you.
